ELITE is simply a clever name for this company. this morning about 20 minutes ago I was nearly flattened by one of their emergency vehicle drivers who was blatantly disobeying a lawn that said no left turns into the speedway at the corner of Aurora avenue and Ogden avenue headed west. Not only can they not obey traffic laws clearly the safety of everyone else is not one of their priorities however I guess it's good for business if you get run over by an ambulance. Then when I called their dispatch center to complain about my almost life-changing event they didn't even know what streets I was talking about. If you look up antonyms for the word elite maybe they should have chose one of those words. I can tell you what ambulance service I will never go with.

Very unhappy with the lack of compassion showed to family members. Disgusted by the improper use of PPE. Will never use this company again.
Driver was rude and insensitive. He did not wear a mask at all times while tending to the patient. I would not recommend this company.
The driver was extremely rude. He wouldn’t even let me tell my grandma that I love her. He refused to even tell her that we were there. I would never use this company again.
Expect to wait hours for a pick up after being dropped off by this service. Bad dispatching. My mom had literally had a 10 minutes appointment for a follow up to a surgery but they wouldn't wait. Waste of time and money to redispatch for a 10 min wait.
