First time customer and very impressed with atmosphere, store cleanliness and quality of food. We were searching for a different sub sandwich experience, something elevated from subway and Jimmy Johns and yet an original sub. Mcalister has provided this for us. We ordered the french dip sandwich, beef was cooked perfectly, french bread was soft and fresh and the aju sauce was delicious.

Yes indeed I must get my sister here as soon as the one opens in Oswego closer to me than Naperville but anyway I had some potatoe soup and a half chicken sandwich.
I really liked their sandwiches. I had the New Yorker and that was stacked mile high with well seasoned beef. The chips that were offered were also great. After tasting their sweet tea I know why it is famous, although, I have never heard of it. While being sweet, it also had a distinct tea flavor that hit the stop, not too overpowering, but also no too weak that it only tastes like sugar water. The service was friendly, and prompt. The ordering mechanism was to place the order at the counter, take a number, find a table and wait for the food delivery. Head over to Baskin-Robbins for a dessert after your meal.
I love the food, and have never had any problems, but I was missing an item from my order, and when I went back to ask for my missing item, the manager insisted they put it in there, and asked for the bag back. When they saw the item was not in there, the manager still argued stating he put the item in there but stated that he would give me one regardless. I felt this was handled very unprofessionally, and did not appreciate being accused of stealing over a small side of macaroni. Other staff was very friendly and, food is delicious.
I had an Italian sub, it had mustard on it which I found to be odd for an Italian. It was ok, not great. I also had broccoli and cheddar soup as a side, that was amazing.
