My parents have lived at Monarch Landing since 2011 and I have said since day 1 that it was the smartest decision they ever made. Now, my brother and sister & I do NOT have to make that decision of \where\ do Mom & Dad go if they need other assistance. All the assistance they ever need is right here at Monarch Landing, i.e., resident living, assisted living, and nursing care. And what can I say about during this Pandemic!?!?!?!? Monarch Landing has been awesome to EVERYONE! Keeping all the residents safe with protocols and ingenuity. I thank ALL THE EMPLOYEES who have worked tirelessly, delivering the newspaper in the morning, the mail in the afternoon, the \other deliveries\ during all the day, and the meals to over 400 apartments!! I can not thank Monarch Landing enough for keeping my Mom & Dad safe and home during this pandemic, I'm sure the other residents would echo my compliments.

My time at Monarch Landing has been full of good experiences. I’ve joined committees, made new friends, and genuinely enjoyed the activities here. The management and staff have been very caring and supportive especially during the pandemic. Although they have had to take on new roles to help in keeping us safe, “thank you” has been met with a smile and an offer to help in any other way. Food choices are varied and well-prepared. Selecting something for dinner is all too easy!

My dad moved to Monarch Landing 9 years ago after my mom suffered an incapacitating stroke. His happiness skyrocketed as soon as he moved in because he was able to socialize and have the support of residents and staff alike. The sales team spent hours learning about my father's needs to find him the right apartment, and the staff have always been friendly and seem to work hard to get to know each resident. Monarch Landing is a modern and impressive facility, and it absolutely changed my dad's life for the better!

Moving to Monarch Landing was one of the best decisions I’ve made and having my family and the staff’s support made it even easier as I was starting to transition into the next phase of my life. I chose to make the move because I wanted to have a better balance between my social life, things I love to do and housework. Since moving, I have been very busy at Monarch Landing and still am as enthusiastic about living here as I was 9 years ago. I have gotten involved in numerous committees and enjoy partaking in the countless activities Monarch Landing has to offer. From this, I have gained a new group of very good friends which I really did not expect at this stage in my life. I love everyone here, including our management who are very supportive and respect our input. During this pandemic, the management and staff have been doing an amazing job catering to our needs and waiting on us hand and foot so that we were able to follow the lockdown guidelines. This has enabled us to stay safe and has been able to keep the number of COVID incidents at a low rate. I am even more sure today that I made the right decision some 9 years ago, to move to Monarch Landing.

I can only agree with every word of the other 5 star reviews. Moving here 18 months ago was such a good decision! Everything was explained in advance, including the requirements that residents cannot be allowed to endanger themselves or others. So if a resident develops dementia and lives alone, he or she must have either full time care in their apartment or move to our memory care facility. The procedure of what happens when the apartment is vacated was also clearly explained. Perhaps the families who wrote reviews here were not made aware of the contract by their parents. Monarch Landing provides many wonderful opportunities for its ageing residents! Come see for yourself!
