My grandfather was moved here by a distant relative, and died 11 days later. The director here is unprofessional and rude, and they hardly ever answer the phone when you call to speak with your loved one. I had to call numerous times to talk with someone. They don’t keep track of who works what shift, so you can’t ever tell who you’re talking to. I called to speak with my grandfather, and I supposedly talked with a COOK, who told me my grandfathers vitals were A-OK, and he was doing fine! And the next day he passed away. Keep your loved ones OUT of this unprofessional place, they’re rude and they do not care.

I wouldn't give this place a full star but don't have anything less if you don't care about someone this is the place for you my father was placed in here and died 11 days later he passed sometime in the night and no one knew it until 12.30pm the next day
