Most unprofessional mgmt I've ever seen. I lived here 3 years and paid my rent every month on time. Every interaction with CM Patricia H. has been horrible. She is rude and combative. Threatened me for having private renter's insurance through allstate and not BL. (Perfectly legal.) Threatened me for paying rent online and not in person, when there is a perfectly functioning payment portal due to COVID. Uses slang and threatening language in e-mail correspondence. Shouldn't have a job at a gas station, nevermind a property management company.

RATS I've been dealing with Rats in my apartment for the last 8 weeks. They have sent pest control out, but also told me they are spending too much money on pest control twice a week. The last Pest Control came out on July 13,2018 It is now AUGUST 6, 2018 and NO follow up on dealing with this problem. Its horrible that I have to live with this way. the girls in the office and told me \ the rats look cute from far away\ Ive been in and out out the doctors office due to the horrible smell of these rats. I'm a very clean person but the property is not. I have been very patient on them resolving this rat problem and nothing has been done. Heath department will be notified.

***DO NOT RENT HERE*** My friend is dealing with a rat problem and the woman in the office when shown pictures said that the rat looked cute! She is obviously not fit to run a management office. When you pay rent but can not use certain areas of your apartment that you pay for for fear of rodents is unacceptable! A total health hazard.
