What wonderful experience working with Rhonda who took the order, reassured the arrangement would be beautiful and even sent me a picture of the arrangement. Delivery was done within a responsible time and the person receiving this anniversary gift was so happy. I made her day so special. So I would highly recommend this florist.

This past spring I moved from a large home of 40 years to a small apartment. I received a gift of flowers and liked their design and freshness so much I gave the florist a weekly order. For nine months now she has provided me with a unique blend of lovely fresh blooms and unusual greens in stunning combinations that create a warmth and ever-changing beauty in my home. This weekly gift of flowers to myself has become a major source of delight here and I know no other florist who could keep up the pace so well for every week is different yet they are all so suitable, so lovely!

Update - Katie called to offer the discount and make things right. Thanks for the quick follow up to this review. Update from 2 stars to 4. Christie's has a very talented staff putting together beautifully designed arrangements. That said, follow up customer service is lacking (unless you're a regular customer). Having received a promotional offer email at the beginning of the year, we planned on getting a medium bouquet instead of a small one due to the discount (two teachers with three kids in college, get the picture?). Went ahead with the order and outlined the problem in the comments section, since we didn't have time to wait. Here's what I wrote: Little upset that the discount code \NEWYEAR21\ from your Constant Contact email didn't work because \the code has reached it's maximum number of uses.\ I would include that in the email next time, if this had a limit or it was only for the first 50 people. You never know how many customers you may be losing when the code doesn't work. Still love the quality of your arrangements and want to support your growth! I was sure that a small business would at least send a reply, acknowledging the problem and possibly offer a solution. NOPE, but I did get the automated thank you email, and I just received another Constant Contact promo for Valentines Day. The point of all this? If you have money to burn (lol, pretty much if you live in Naples), then Christie's is a great choice for a florist. If you're on budget, then don't be lured by the bait and switch of their promotions. Look for another small business that pays attention to customer comments and values your business.

I received the most beautiful spring arrangement for Mother's Day ON Mothers Day! Always lovely flowers and the delivery is wonderful. However what I am writing today for is to THANK YOU for the added gift of the pouch of hand made FACE MASKS in colorful fabrics. What a very thoughtful and caring extra touch !
