Had a great experience at Napleton Subaru! So happy I got to work with Matt. I knew the model I wanted before going in. He was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions about the cars and buying process. Also had the pleasure of working with Charles in the finance department to help me get a deal that I was comfortable with. Loving my new car so far and looking forward to the free car washes this dealership offers! If my future experiences with Rockford’s Napleton Subaru are always this good, I don’t see going any where else!

Even without an appointment I was able to get my oil change done. I talked with Emily on the phone and Ashlee took over when I got there. The staff was very courteous and helpful!
I was visiting Rockford on Friday morning when I ran over a board I couldn't avoid which set off my tire pressure lights. I wasn't able to see if I had any punctures. I thought I'd stop by the Rockford Subaru and see if they could fit me in. They were so nice and helpful and were able to check out my car very quickly. They couldn't find any punctures and reset my system. I greatly appreciate how friendly and helpful they were! Thank you!
