The staff was great to work with. This was our 2nd hot tub that we purchased from Oasis. All of their products are high quality at a reasonable price. The 1st hot tub lasted for over 20 years with continued use (even sold 1st hot tub for a great price before purchasing a new one). We are very happy with the service offered, staff was always prompt in delivering products and also servicing hot tub if needed. You can always find a great deal for a great product at Oasis.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Oasis Hot Tub & Spa when we purchased our tub. The facility was beautiful and the staff was friendly and informative. Their service was great and they were very responsive to any questions we had. When we needed to get a crack fixed on our tub and they came out immediately and fixed it for us, free of charge. We had searched around at a lot of other hot tub stores, and Oasis was by far our favorite. We found a great quality tub for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Oasis to anyone.
Had a great experience. Shopping was easy and all questions answered. Logistics caused by pandemic impacts were well handled. Set-up team was fast and thorough and was a great experience. I had several post-purchase questions, all of which were answered quickly and well. And now we're in the spa most every day and very glad we did it.
Ordered our Bullfrog A8 at oasis and we could not be happier. Our salesman Tom was so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions and concerns. Tom also kept in contact with us while our hot tub was in production to keep us up to date on its progress and shipping . We had shopped around before stopping at oasis and our experience at the other stores was less than favorable. So happy we went with oasis!
Very easy purchasing experience. Set up was very quick and the team was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Any issue or question I have had since was quickly answered and resolved.
