Arrived 2 hours early. I was docked 15 minutes before my appt time. 6 hours later I'm still docked and waiting for the sorry staff of Capstone to finish unloading 12 pallets and count the product. However, they did inform me that it will be a cost of 374 and they'll call me back when the bills are ready. Stay far away from this place. The sysco folks are great, Capstone staff royally sucks!

Gotta select a star or I would select negative 5 stars, more than enough room to park after delivery in the area where u wait but they MAKE YOU leave even though hrs are up, maybe Sysco needs to get over the rd trucks and haul their own freight

Thank you sysco, we appreciate that you have a staging area for us to park when we showed up early. Very friendly place, very efficient place. Unloading was very fast.

Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment. Checked in at guard shack and got a dock. Really easy dock plenty of room to basically straight line back. You have to unhook from your truck and move up 3 feet or so. Before i could even get out and make sure I was straight in the dock and unhook got a red light. They unloaded me quick but than you have to wait for the lumpers to count everything. Took them 2 and half hours to get done with the lumpers. Charged me 314 for 19 pallets. They have a little shoulder when leaving that could hold 4 trucks in case you run out of time being there. Have a bathroom and vending machine smoking area. Very clean. They also provide com checks

Arrived night before. Found out no parking on street but this Sysco let's you check in at night and sleep in there drop lot. They will then call you in the morning for a door asignment. After you finish unloading you cannot park on their property or on the the street. So I had a 830 appt. Recieved door asignment at 7 am. Bills in hand 10 am.
