When I noticed the bread in my freezer was soft I called Ferrari’s for service. They came the very next day and told me it was the compressor. Billy, the technician, took my serial number to contact the manufacturer about the warranty. He called me the same day to tell me it was and he ordered it. As soon as it came in, Billy and Rob came to put it in. This was such a novel experience for me. It was the first service call I ever had that went so smoothly. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely use this business for all future appliances.
Trustworthy outfit. The people are friendly and knowledgeable at the store. The service technician who came out was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to oversell you and I have used them several times in the past. I'm adding to this that the sales representative Will made the purchase of my new dryer painless. The delivery personnel (Zach and Luis) were very professional and went above and beyond. They even lifted helped lift my old dryer out of the basement which helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend them.
Billy came out to diagnose and fix our Bosch dishwasher. He is a great guy and fast. He ran the dishwasher twice before leaving and I highly recommend Billy and Ferraris.
