Good for kids
Part of the Nauvoo Historic District, a carefully restored early Mormon settlement on the banks of the Mississippi River. Well worth the visit and with the number of buildings they have restored you could spend multiple days here, though you could see a lot in an afternoon. Well worth a visit.

Great building with a lot of history. Worth going up to the third floor.
Beautiful old building.
I didn't know if I was like this place, but in the end it was pretty cool, the guide even let us go to the top floor where there was the dancehall. I had the original dance floor.
What a wonderful experience. The missionaries tour guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place to take your family.
loved learning some history about the early saints
Ok, one of the funnest places in Old Nauvoo! In the summer they offer a variety of shows here that very fun for the whole family. We took our small children to several shows here and they enjoyed every one of them! It isn't a large building as far as seating goes, but it's comfortable. Heads up though, the seating is all wood benches, so depending on your preference you may want to bring a cushion to sit on.
Very nice place, clean, safe and many rides are free. People are very friendly
