Shipping (pedestrian entrance door by dock 4), and receiving (pedestrian entrance door by dock 13), are on the west side of the plant along the east side of Point Basse Avenue/County AA. (Basse rhymes with gas.) The dock immediately south of dock 3 is no longer used and is not dock 4. Shipping only loads paper; go to receiving if you're picking up items other than paper. A phone to call the office is located at each entrance (if no answer, call again, it's probably better not to leave a message). Shipping operates 1st and 2nd shifts only, closed on the weekends. Receiving operates 1st shift only, closed on the weekends. Currently, no appointment time is required; first come, first serve. Preloaded trailers are parked in the drop lot along State 173 at North Street. Paperwork for preloaded trailers are available 24/7 at the shipping entrance door. Trailers being loaded with paper rolls cannot be older than 10 years, must be clean, free of nails, dry, and axles moved back. Drivers are allowed to wait in their trucks. A previous review is incorrect: ONLY the drivers picking up scrap paper (called \broke\) must provide an empty weight scale ticket. The only truck entrance to the wood yard/scale is at Wilhorn Road 44.3318, -89.8926. Scale maps are at the shipping entrance. Expect a longer waiting time if several drivers arrive around the same time, the shipment has many rolls, the rolls are stored in a distant area, and/or railroad boxcars are being loaded. Docks 10 and 11 are tight, watch your trailer swing doors when pulling out so that they are not torn off. Items, such as trailer load locks, are usually removed from the trailer during loading -- check that your items are in the trailer when leaving. Overnight parking possibly in the drop lot -- ask the spotter.

I didn't go on scale, bcuz my load (dry van) doesn't require to do so. Call them ahead and double check, ext 7 and then 1.
Don't go to the shipper, you must go to scale first , scale entrance by cemetery, Don't do short cuts, u ll be ticketed. Scale by the X.
Picked up a load from here today. Very nice people at the shipping office but a vary heavy load 45,000 lbs (its a paper plant so its to be expected). They have their own scale (ask shipping guy for directions) but its only gross weight. Nice little town too. Shipping office is on the west side of the building off of Point Basse Street.
