We can't recommend a stay at the Paper Mill Pines B&B enough. Accommodating hosts on a beautiful property with plenty of privacy or opportunity to socialize. If you're staying to hike Ricketts Glen, you're a very convenient 15 minutes away from the lower parking lot. The breakfast was generous and the optional s'mores around the fire pit were a very nice touch. In fact, this place is full of nice touches. Truly an excellent place to spend some time. Thanks!

My family stayed for a full week, and it was an awesome experience that we would definitely do again! Donna and Al were so accommodating, and awesome people to have conversation with. Their B&B was beautiful and very clean, and came with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The rooms were comfortable and wonderfully decorated. I liked the AC units in each room, so that each person could personalize how cool or warm their room was. Breakfasts were delicious! They have a gorgeous property that is great for just having a relaxing day enjoying the pond, the large patio, and a nice fire in the evening. My family would definitely stay again, and we very much enjoyed the week that we stayed. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Donna and Al’s beautiful B&B after a strenuous day of hiking in Ricketts Glen State Park. This was our first time ever staying in a B&B and I fear that our bar is now set so high no one else will ever be able to top this experience. Donna and Al have thought of EVERYTHING! There are so many great little touches in the bedroom and in the shared spaces. The outside of the property is fantastic as well. What a beautiful pond! We loved our fire pit conversation with Donna and Al. They even made us dinner reservations at a local place! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We talked about the blueberry pancakes all the way home! Donna and Al are exceptional hosts and wonderful people. We can’t wait to come back!
We have just returned from a week at the Paper Mill Pines and cannot say enough about hosts Donna and Al, and their lovely home. Their lily filled pond would inspire Monet! Staying at the Paper Mill Pines is like staying with family, but the good kind that you enjoy spending time with. :) They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Last minute booking and it turned out to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. The host surprised us with "extras" that made the stay fantastic. The house as a whole was beautifully kept, rooms very clean and the entire house was very well built. You would never know there were other guests. Breakfast was spot on and the best part? They have 1 night stays available which is great for city goers who need 1 day get aways. Come here, enjoy the peace and the hosts!
10 star out of 5. This is our home away from home. Donna and Albert are the best.Breakfast is Awesome and the accommodations are Great. Out of all the B&Bs I have ever stayed at this is the top. The rooms are top quality and the property is Beautiful. Lake side view with the bull frogs singing , Cardinals in the trees, and then two awesome little sweet dogs, Mia and Cooper toooo sweet This a must stay. Awesome Romantic getaway!!!!

We had the best weekend here celebrating our 1 year anniversary! Very close to the beautiful Ricketts Glen. Donna and Al are such gracious hosts, go above and beyond to provide a great stay. Donna had flowers in our room for us when we arrived for our anniversary. Their entire home is so cozy and beautiful, feels like a home away from home.
