He did an inspection in our house, and broke a light fixture. It was half cleaned up, with shards of glass left on and under the bed, and nobody said a word to us about it. Glad he wasn't working for us, and makes me wonder about his integrity in general.

Kevin was outstanding! He took the time to truly inspect every nook and cranny of our potential new home. He talked to us as he was working so we would understand what he was looking at. He also gave us tips for maintaining the roof, water heater, boiler, etc. He did an excellent job and quickly delivered a thorough, detailed report. He was nice and extremely knowledgeable.
