Mike and Karyn with Homefield were wonderful to work with! We ordered a play set for our son a couple of months ago and the ordering process was smooth and easy. They are very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our order. The men came yesterday to install it and they were very courteous, thorough and safe installing it. They adjusted everything for my son’s height as well. Everything went perfect! My only regret is that we didn’t go bigger!! My boy is thrilled to pieces with his play ground equipment!! I recently visited the Homefield in New Braunfels to look at and price their playsets. We own a vacation rental on Canyon Lake and love to rent to families with children. Even through we provided lots of outdoor entertainment for the adults and older children, we wanted to add a play area for the younger ones. Wanting to do some additional research, I did not purchase that day. A couple of weeks later, Mike, my salesperson, contacted me and said that the set I was looking at was going to be replaced with a new model and made me an offer that I could not refuse. We scheduled a date and time for Jose and his crew to do the installation and now it is being enjoyed by our younger guests. The entire process was seamless. I am very happy with the product and the wonderful customer service that was provided. Thank you Mike and Jose!
