Ordered flower for my wife, never delivered it, called next day and told me that they would get back to me soon, nobody reached out to me for 4 hours and then I called again. I was told casually that they delivered the flower to some different location(they had all the details with personal cell phone). And they offered me to resend it in 30 minutes with of course extra flowers. I was very upset to argue with them over their uncaring and unprofessional behavior. They did not say sorry or cared to apologize. The total order was 60. Lesson learnt for my life is never trust your wife's flower with any florist, you never know who could screw up.

This shop is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Upon visiting their site you will notice a counter at the bottom of the page, which lets you know how long same day delivery will be available. I placed my order with more than 3 hours of time left and continued my work day. I even received email confirmation verifying my order. At roughly 4 pm I called the shop to check the status of the order, but no answer. I rushed to the shop after work (4:30) only to find that the shop was now closing at 4 and not 5. I visited my girlfriend, hoping that the flowers were out for delivery however they never came. The shop did not indicate anywhere on their website or voice mail that they would be closed, moreover the shop wasn't responsible enough to temporarily disable online purchasing. New Britain Flower Shops \same day delivery\ is clearly false advertising. Untrustworthy management, you are better off spending elsewhere.
Needing a florist in the area of recipient and hoping my find would be satisfactory was my quest. Having found American Florist on yelp, my request for a beautiful arrangement of sunflowers was met with courteous customer service. Staff employee Moe kindly took my order, sent me a photo of the gorgeous finished flower arrangement and out for delivery it went.
I knew right away that my sister was not going to be disappointed on her birthday. I gave him my budget and asked him to create a cheerful, spring arrangement.
Got my mom flowers for her birthday and they turned out beautiful! They were delivered on time and they sent me a photo for approval before sending them out to her. It was a quick and easy process.
