As far as plumbing service this was about as good as good as it gets. Jose called in advance, came on time, worked quickly, overcame a few unexpected problems, was courteous, cleaned up the entire work area when done and charged a reasonable fee.Nice man, good experience.

Great place great people, so much better than the depot
Very bad service, I called to have them come take a look at a heating issue I was having, they were very unprofessional and even had the nerve to tell me to just call somebody else. Horrible customer service.
Has almost anything you need help with and the customer service is very good here,might save people from going to home depot or Lowe's,and don't forget that Rutkowski also has plumbing services.
I had a problem with my kitchen sink, I called them at 9:30 AM. I was told I would be contacted in a few minutes. No one called, at 11:30 I called them, I was assured that I was on the schedule. I asked them to read back the phone number, at first he balked, then read me off a West Hartford phone number (we live in New Britain). I told him (politely) never mind and called another local plumber who responded immediately.
