I would definitely be a return customer. The ordering process was super easy. I called customer service regarding my order status and the saferwholesale team was very nice, looked up my order status, and provided me with all of the information I asked for. I had the liberty of speaking with the manger and he was super helpful and took time to answer my questions to the best of his abilities. I almost didn't buy from saferwholesale because of some of the negative reviews previous customers left. I went with my gut feeling and went a head a made a purchase. I was so happy with my first purchase I made my 2nd purchase 5 days after my first purchase. I see customers complaining about the delivery time. Just as clearly stated on the YouTube videos, these are large ticket items. You will not receive them in 3 days like Amazon prime items. I recieved both of my large ticket items in a reasonable time for what I purchased.

If it wasn't for Tyler being right up front when we walked in, I feel like we would have been confused on where to go with it being our first time here. This warehouse is that, a warehouse so HUGE. Tyler helped us from start to finish and made sure what we were buying worked perfect before we left with it. The only reason were not giving 5 stars is because of the facility, just very confusing all the space and where to go.

On Thursday morning I call customer service and they tell me to talk to Bob supervisor about canceling the order, but I have never spoken to him yet. So I waited called.... Then Monday morning, the guy says bob not there. so I spoke to a guy named Alex and he says I’m other Supervisor . Alex said charge me to fee me anyway? I tell him have a emergency, that's why I don't want it, but he still charges me the fee or a 10% 539whatever, but I told him that's it, you don't want because something you don't want to deal with at all..that bad customer services 5800 I never had item and it should be that way for customers service ....!!! It not about money it about help customers when something happen .....I don’t nothing wrong ,,....
