I’ve worked with Cruise Holidays before but this time we were booking a land trip to Cozumel. I told her we were looking for a “unique’ smaller cozier resort rather than a huge mega touristy hotel. I gave her an idea of how much we wanted to spend and my wife, daughter, and I just returned from 4 glorious days at Iberostar Resort. Kim took care of everything including airfare, transfers, and transportation to and from the airport and she answered every single one of my many emails. They will be my go to travel agent from now on!
