Fabulous little Jazz club tucked away in the French Quarter. I was in New Orleans for a week and this seemed to be the most authentic Jazz bar around. They have an intimate burlesque room and an array of Absinthe. Highly recommended.

Came for the burlesque. Expected a burlesque show with multiple dances and jazz music for our 20 cover. That is not what we got, which we can only blame on our own expectations. We got a single song with an enthusiastic dancer. I would have rated this lower had the bar tender not saved me from a poor wine selection, or the dancer not been so personable. Had we known ahead we probably would not have chosen to partake; 40 for two persons access and then an anticipated 40 more for two glasses of absinth. one song, then a half naked tutorial about absinth.

Real music, which is what matters. Beers 7 instead of 6 like on frenchmans street.

Aurora was our fairy guide during the burlesque show. Her face is beautiful, her body is beautiful, and her smile, charm, and charisma were even more beautiful. This is a quaint haunt with excellent jazz and a fantastic absynthe experience. You MUST get the absynthe to fully appreciate the burlesque show. The bartender is great too. A must visit spot!

My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for a week from Iowa. We had so much fun we decided to review everywhere we went. Good and bad. I found out that I did not like absinthe. The taste or the price. The band that night was great, that is the only thing that saved the rating. The staff tried, I just didn't feel that they really knew who to make the drinks. The layout of the stage, bar, and seating area is a joke. Overall disappointed, but, like I said the band was fantastic.

A dark dive bar with a speakeasy feel. It's small but you are upclose to the music. If you go you have to check out the green ferry burlesque show Learn about the history of absinthe and see an erotic burlesque show. It's 20 bucks cash only but it's well worth it for this unique experience.

Burlesque show was good. Get the absinthe to go with it. Its worth even if you don't drink it.
