My brother and I cannot thank nurse Michael and our ACC Medlink drivers, as well as all the staff that helped us arrange transport for our father from FL to MA, enough. Your service, compassion, and support, start to finish, was impeccable. Our father is medically fragile and you gave us the best in care and communication. I don't know what we would have done without you. It was clear when Dad arrived in MA on March 23rd that he'd been in great hands. Thank you so very much for making this part of a few very difficult months easy, and for your incredible care.

Very disappointed how the company cancelled my trip 2 hours before pickup and refused to give me my 3250 back when they cancelled. Have reported them to better business bureau and will be suing them.
