I bought a round trip to Moscow on August 8. My flight was cancelled by AEROFLOT. But the agent , her Name is Zilia from Sabre travel, refused to return me my money. I contacted my bank and open the case. . Please be careful who you dealing with. I was trying to contact AEROFLOT representative for help, no luck, the phone is constantly busy. Very disappointed by AEROFLOT service, and it was my last time I was dealing with AEROFLOT.

International flights are nice.. but make sure you're prepared for the worst. I got stranded in Moscow Airport, and there was no one from Aeroflot around to help for nearly 24 hours, and when they did show up, they could have cared less about a lost American tourist.
Very nice customer service, but they are selling theirs tickets and canceling those flights at this time - time of COVID-19... Will see how fast they will return my money back in case they will cancel my flight as well...
I talked to a maintenance crew member. He said they are unmotivated and drinking vodka most of the day, as the company treats them poorly and underpays them. Aeroflot currently operates 50 Russia-made Sukhoi Superjets in its fleet of 255 passenger aircraft. The carrier has ordered another 100 Superjets from Sukhoi, which is slated to deliver the aircraft between 2019 and 2026. There have been concerns with the plane's reliability before the incident. In 2012 a Sukhoi Superjet crashed into a mountain in Indonesia during a sales demonstration flight, killing 37 people. In 2016, a reported 11 Sukhoi jets had been grounded because of issues with the plane's tail stabiliser. On top of this, they have the worst food and customer service of any airline on the planet.
