Bev was just the most accommodating and lovely person! We were there last week through the worst snow storm/blizzard in 5 years (up from Florida), and NYC was shut down by the governor. So this cancelled out my appointment on Monday at the Consulate. Bev called me to reschedule and asked me what works with my schedule. I told her that we have a flight late the next morning, so she came in early am just to help me to get my passport processed. It was something that she didn’t have to do, but she was compassionate to our situation and the current weather conditions. She got my passport processed and was so very friendly. We considered going to Texas consulate for the appointment, but I am so glad we went to NY just because of Bev’s above and beyond service. She is a reminder to us all that kindness is still present in humanity!!

Super fast Service at Embassy. In and out by 5 mins. Google maps will confuse you and takes you everywhere expect bringing You to the Embassy. It’s at the corner of 42nd st and Lexington, look for steel/metal building ( no kidding, I’m serious), find the entrance with Wells Fargo written at the entrance, goto Secutiry with ID, they will show you the way to elevators, it’s on 34th floor. Embassy doesn’t have photo booth to take photos for passports or visas. So you better get it from their recommended photo studio’s ** Update **: got my new passport back in 1 week
