Clean, organized, and safe. Civilized commuter transit hub. All outside with some covered spaces and public seating. Just north of the heliport and across the street from the hospital.

The ferry from East 34th Street to North Williamsburg was super easy to navigate! I got the app, headed to the dock, and boarded within 10 minutes. The ride over was quick and peaceful. It was awesome seeing Manhattan from afar. Only compliant is on the way home, if the ferry is filled you have to wait for the next one to arrive. Some people missed the ferry and had to wait an hour for the next one.

The ferry is great! The staff is nice. They could improve the lines to get on and off to be more organized.

NYC Ferry is a nice way to cross the East river. But if you have to transfer you need 15-20 minutes between arriving and other ferry departure. They are not really coordinated and some arriving late and some leaving a bit early. Also 34th street is usually very crowded with long lines.
