I have been buying all of my meat here for a year or two now. The quality of everything is outstanding. Butchers who are friendly and knowledgeable. Tastes like a completely different food product compared to what you buy in the supermarket. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Love this place. Great service with sugestions how to cook cuts of meat with which I’m less familiar. Butchers who you can talk to and who will customize your cuts. Their dry aged steaks definitely a cut above. Their chickens the freshest anywhere. Comparing fat in lamb with at least 1/2 cup or more of oil from a lb from Fairway; next to no fat rendered when cooking the same amount from Shambles. Sausages: less salt, fat & better seasoned. More expensive than your local grocery store, but you get what you pay for. If u can ever get their beef beacon: so delicious. While they don’t always have everything I could want, I shop from what they have and am always happy. Grass fed, local, healthier choice. I only eat meat from here.
