I came with a friend last night to purchase a hobee one scooter. I had done quite a bit of research on this scooter, as well as many others. After talking with the staff at the store, I was sold, and so was she. They were extremely friendly and informative. I appreciate that they will take a return up to 3 days after the purchase, even with a 20% restocking fee. The fact that they will take it back at all is amazing considering the policies of many of their competitors in the area. I'm looking forward to the release of the 1200 watt scooter that does 40mph! I will definitely be returning for one of those :)

My friend and I bought 2 bikes from this shop, So far We are really happy to choose this Brand and this shop, Even there was a misunderstanding at some topics, They helped us, They solved problems in a good way.Thank you guys. No Product is perfect or No shop does miracles but with right communication, This shop can help you at every aspect. I'm gonna update my comments about bikes we bought and this shop, Today's date is 9.7.2020 hope my future comments will stay in a positive way. Today is 10.06.2020, Still riding my bike, So far so good, I like going places like Cost co for shopping, Winter is coming , Let's see how is gonna be everything with the bike in the winter....... My friend he is happy too, he uses his bike almost everywhere thanks to his extended battery, I hope there will be only small problems for the future for both of us
I love my Hobbee scooter from this place. Its the most powerful scooter I could find still light enough to carry up and down stairs to Path train. Also is the most attractive. It turns heads and I'm constantly asked about it. At least as important as all that.....the shop owner and group of guys working there take great care of me when i need something. I recommend highly. I had to fix 7 spokes. I was charged around 110. The bike unfortunately was not return to me on schedule. It’s okay, that happens. What I didn’t like was the fact that they lost my bike pegs and my rope I put around my bike basket. They said they will get back to me about that, it’s been a couple months, haven’t heard back. I recently broke another spoke (Brooklyn streets aren’t awful). I went to a specialty shop and got custom made spokes, and fixed it for 36. The dude with the long hair is a bit sassy lol, like he doesn’t like being asked questions or doing what he currently does. No big deal. They also said they would sell me a new bike tire for 150. I call back for the tire and they said that that specific tire for my bike doesn’t exist.... I’ll have to go back eventually when I need the motor worked on, as most bike shops don’t like to work on ebikes. I love my bike, the joulvert journey folds nice and small. It’s super heavy, but I never ride without the pedal assist. And that’s all. Thanks
One of the best places I have worked at, and have had the pleasure and honor of making great friendships and relations with all the various people involved on a day to day basis, as well as clients that have bought bikes from us / me at the store. I personally have worked on most bikes and repairs and I always do my best to go above and beyond what is asked and required just to be able to have people laugh and smile with me and feel like they are not just clients / customers but part of the Joulvert Family. Issues happen Cest la vi such is life... but the goal at the end of the day is to make sure the issue is resolved, people are happy and taken care of in regards to any matter related us, our bikes and all those that are, do or eventually will become part of the Joulvert family.
