I have been a loyal customer here for years and this is my very first review. Frankly, I have been quite worried that the store might be closed due to the pandemic. I am very happy to see that the store continues to open. I have been coming to this store during Happy Hours (weekday mornings) to enjoy the decent discounts for quite a few years. As far as I know, the prices after the Happy Hour discounts are the lowest in Manhattan.

Good and fast service. even though they have less technicians after COVID-19. They make sure to accommodate everyone with their time. Prices are reasonable and services are top notch. They also do lash lift and tint besides lash extensions.

Went in for lash curl and tint. The girl doing my lashes got dye on my face mask which was not a disposable one and it did not come out in the wash! O left satisfied and my lashes looked good. However the results did not last 1-2 months like they said. More like 3 days. My lashes are now in a weird state and almost look as of they were burned... so dissatisfied!

OMG! After 4 months of not having a fly lashes. Geeeez! Thank you Lash Love, that lady, I forgot to ask her name, she did a very good job. She takes her time and never rushing unlike others. I am def coming back to them I got a real mink, kinda pricey but yo, fr fr it's worth your money

Love this place. They do a very good job, it's clean and professional. The happy hour special is a great deal (although it's not enough lashes for a very dramatic look). My lashes lasted almost 5 weeks!
