This little needlepoint shop is always a delight. I ALWAYS find something to keep me wanting to improve my needlepoint skills. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, canvases and designs are available for beginners as well as folks far more skilled than I. A treasure.

Everyone at Rita’s has been so helpful to me! I bought the best lamp ever. I now can use my room because it’s so bright! Before Covid they had a great Tuesday night sewing circle too! I am looking forward to shopping there for many years to come!
I am a knitter and came to Rita's looking for needles that I could use to finish my cardigan's and sweaters. The two lady's that helped me were very kind and attentive, helping me find options to suit my current and future needs. Aside from that, they were incredibly welcoming in the middle of a pandemic where the greater city has been generally standoffish. I highly recommend Rita's to any crafter in NYC! If you're looking some beautiful finished objects to purchase, this is also your place!
I love ordering from this needlepoint shop. Kim is very helpful and provides excellent service. Her selection of canvases is great, too, and I love how she caters to lots of different tastes and aesthetics. Would highly recommend.
