Matt Slap Subaru is very accommodating and good at making you feel important. I asked them to pick up my car so that I wouldn’t be exposed, and they willingly did it with no issues! They showed concern for me personally. You gotta appreciate that kind of service!

If you want a great experience, buy your next Subaru here! I highly recommend them on all counts – customer experience, price, ease of purchase, condition of vehicle, and efficiency. (And they were clean and COVID- conscious). From the time we started signing documents until I drove away was just under an hour! Matt Slap Subaru had the best price around by far (including dealerships over 100 miles away & Carvana). Everyone I dealt with, staring with my first phone call from Tucker, was pleasant and informative. The Service department had the vehicle impeccably clean and filled the tank without me even asking. They secured me a great rate though Subaru and made negotiating the warranty & other options painless. Mark Fox, our salesman, was personable and straightforward. When I was leaving he gave me a tour of all the main features. I’ve never had a salesperson be so helpful and attentive AFTER the papers were signed. I would definitely buy here again - it was worth the drive!
Everything about my experience was an absolute pleasure! My initial point of contact (as I found vehicles online) was Internet Coordinator, Tucker. He could not have been nicer. Very knowledgeable & helpful. The true shining star of my experience was my Sales Consultant, Alyce! Not only did she come in on her day off but she made both my daughter & I very comfortable as she walked me through the vehicles I showed interest in & ultimately purchased one. Her kindness & attention to detail are top notch! The Finance Manager, Chris, was also very accommodating. Fast, easy process & informative with all my questions. Even when I had to return with paperwork I didn't even have to get out of (my new) car! The General Sales Manager, Larry happened to be outside. He took my paperwork passed it to Finance Manager, Greg, who let me know everything was in order & I was good to go. However, he went back inside to retrieve an item I had left in my trade in...again, never having to get out of my vehicle. I chose to name each individual from this process because they all deserve recognition! As a team they seamlessly worked together. As individuals they went above & beyond (especially Alyce) to make something I would generally dread, buying a car, a complete joy. I've very rarely given a top score for any review but this experience deserves a perfect score.
I only have praise for the staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a manager and taken to the staff to register. Special kudos and praise to Nick who save the day. He had downloaded my past car serviced and when I asked for the 30K mile he reminded the other staff taking care of me that i What I was asking for had been performed in June. That was ethical and it also saved me money. And let me tell you I will always ask for Nick. I will continue having my car service at Matt Subaru. Thank you for outstanding service experience.
Had an appointment for my 6000 mile check up and to have a tire replaced. Cars were rolling up like it was a black Friday sale. Courteous service. Nice waiting area. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. In and out in 1 hour.
