We had a great time at Pinky's. The large group ahead of us was late and they messed up the schedule for everyone waiting. After everything settled down and they got the late group in the bus, the owner made a special trip with the groups that we on time and got us to the river for a wonderful tube ride. Customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly all day.

Good fun on the 4hr, it’s a faster flowing and deeper river than a lot of others so be aware you’ll stay in your tube or swim as it’s too fast and deep to walk casually.
I called while on the river, for 3 people were out of their tubes and I was stuck on a tree! They were like cut yourself out and enjoy the rest of your trip! WTH?!!! We were supposed to be on a 2 hr float, wouldn’t you think if I called, said who we were, we had problems, and were not at the pick up point. Someone would have called me back! Considering we were, 2-2 1/2hrs late!!! Two words! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Awesome and fun
Did the 2.5 hour trip with my daughter and little sister. They had a blast. The customer service was excellent. They make everything so easy and convenient. After all my years of going to wisners, definitely coming back!
