Exceptional Customer service. I wouldn't ship with anyone else. I had a discrepancy in a package 3 months after shipping it and they were still willing to spend the time to help me today. We got the receipt and the tracking number out of their system in about 10 minutes. You could not ask for a better place.

We love the Newberg mail room and also the "lady who works there"( she is the best part). We ship all of our packages through them and they always do a great job. We recently shipped a package and they sent me an email letting me know that due to bad weather the package was going to take longer than expected. They then let me know that they were upgrading the postage to priority for free to get it there by the original delivery date. This is just one small example of the service that you will get.

I used Mail Room to send a suitcase containing every thing I currently own to France since I am moving there in a few days. They told me it would cost 400 to get it to France, nothing more. I received an email that in order to accept my package, the recipient had to pay an additional 777. No one EVER told me about additional charges. When I went to speak to them about it, they were rude and could care less. Now all of my possessions are held in customs until I figure out how to come up with almost 800!!!!!! I feel like I have been robbed of everything I own and they just shrugged their shoulders.

I use this place whenever I need to ship a package. Service has always been great! There has never been a line, and I can just give them my open box. They will tape it up, put the label on, and process it. They truly go above and beyond.
