This practice used to be great, now they are closed every day (that's what the voicemail system states) even though i call during the open hours. Switching offices as this is the worst care i have ever experienced. Don't waste your time

Getting this place to call you back or even answer the phone has been an extremely frustrating experience. I have had to push back multiple appointments with other practices because I have been unable to simply get a referral. I can't get through on the phone, my messages don't get returned, and I feel bad for people that are actually really sick and trying to get them on the line.
Current patient and have reached a point where I am looking for an alternative. I am only posting here because it is impossible to contact anyone at the office. Care is fine but the infrastructure associated with calling in for prescriptions etc. might as well be shut off. No effort to automate. Answering service is still on at 10am. Phone rings busy constantly. With communication technology where it is today there is no excuse not to be able to submit requests anytime and expect a response within a reasonable amount of time. Phone hours are between 10am and 4:30pm and the line is shut down between 12pm and 1:30pm for lunch. Are we in 1970's France?
Been out of the hospital for over a week from surgery and need a follow up for new medication refillsl. I have called multiple times and left mesgs with on call. No one has gotten back to me. It says here they are open at 9 and they dont pick up all day intil 1pm then it says they are on lunch. Now there saying they are closed. This place is ridiculous. The office staff really sucks.
staff hung up on me, i was asking about getting records sent to a new dr and didnt even get a chance to get the fax number to send them a form. since then i have called 3 times to get the fax number. worst customer service i have experienced from a Dr office, i was actually shocked.
