Just drove home with our brand new Aspen Trail camper and we couldn't be happier. Paul is amazing to work with. He got the deal done for us when we thought it couldn't be done due to being so upside down on our trade in. In just a few hours he called us with a yes. We are very happy we chose Newby's and will definitely go back if we ever need another camper. A big thank you to Matthew who got our hitch issues straightened out.

Not the RV of my dreams but this will do for the next 12 months. RV had much more damage to it then we were led to believe. Didn't see the full extent of the damage until after we removed some cabinets. It is what it is and making the best of it.

Two thumbs up and a five star review for the service department at Newby’s RV! Brian, the service manager, and Corey, took great care of us and our RV. We bought our RV from a local sales lot that was shutting down and had no service department. We had to find a new place who could service the RV. Our rep from KZ told us about Newby’s. We called and they kindly bumped us up in line so they could take care of some warranty issues and a roof issue. Brian was great. He communicated with both us and KZ about needed work and got the job done! Newbys is small but I would highly recommend them. They went through our RV with a fine toothed comb and corrected any issues they found. They did a PDI (predelivery inspection) like we had bought it there! Brian was super focused on getting us up and running so that we could use our RV for the remaining camping season. If you need work done on your RV don’t hesitate to use this small business!! They will be our go-to people for any work needed on our RV. Great job guys!
