Chris was amazing! Within minutes he found a potentially over 10000 issue with the home we were looking into, something we never even noticed as it was hidden in the crawlspace. He went step by step, line by line and spent over 2 1/2 hours with us, answering every question, and even going above and beyond as to run permit reports and confirming work was completed properly.
You don’t have to look any further. Great Personality and Professionalism. Chris will walk you through the entire process and make the home buying experience much easier. If any issues come up he will give you honest advice and recommend professionals in the area. I called him multiple times days and weeks after the inspection and Chris was always there to answer my questions.
