fORGET the BIG box stores run to these folks! The sales department to the install is just awesome. My sales person is Chris S. my installers were Jason and Lamont. The installers are so kind and patient and know what they are doing. Please give these 2 men a raise they more than deserve it. This is my new go to place for electronics, appliances and whatever else they sell. Best service ever they go out of their way to help and here's a new one they return your phone call!!! We recently did a whole home renovation and purchased all new Kitchenaid appliances from PC Richard. We have lived with the appliances for a couple of months now and are so very happy with everything, from the delivery team to our salesman, Andy Chernak, who was extremely helpful and understood what we were looking for.
