I have been dealing with Bernie from The Audio Store for over 25 years now and have always been very happy with his services. From my first set of high end speakers that I bought from him in the 90's to setting up my music server which I did this past year, Bernie has always been so helpful and informative. There is no other business out there that has so much informative information on there website. if you want know more info on a product just click on name on The Audio Store Website. If you want to get the more out of your system just give him a call. There is never any pressure to purchase and no matter what my budget was at the time Bernie always pointed me in the right direction to get the best sound dollar for dollar. If there is one thing that you want in your dealer is that they be honest, then Bernie is your Guy. Once you talk to him and let him know what your wants, needs and budget is. Been a customer of The Audio Store since 1997. I am very picky about the sound of my audio and video equipment, getting good value and knowing I can call someone if I ever have an issue. On all three counts, the Audio Store always delivers. In addition, the owner Bernie is a fabulous human who has excellent relationships with the companies whose products he sells. He has put me in contact with reps from Krell, Meridian, Linn, Anthem, etc to quickly address issues that have come up – sometimes 10 years after my initial purchase. I live hours away, but will gladly trek up to Hartford to visit the store and its great staff!

Nice assortment of good quality equipment. Talk to Bernie (the owner) for a good deal. He's a nice friendly guy... a salesman for sure, but he'll give you the best deal he possibly can. Not your usual snotty staff that you meet in many high end audio stores. They also do home theater and stereo installations if required.
