Not even one star..... I called Nikon customer service, because my new D610 is defected by oil spot. But they closed Los Angeles repair center under Covid 19. (But most retailer open stores and even customer service. like Canon...) They want me to ship this camera to New York with my cost and recommend me to buy shipping insurance to for this defected camera. Because they only often New York center. I can't understand that Nikon, one of the biggest camera manufacture decide like this poor customer service. What's wrong with you, Nikon. Take responsibility for DEFECTED camera!!!

Don't waste your time and money. I spent 86 shipping a lens to them for repairs only for them to ship it back saying they - Nikon - don't have the parts to repair the camera they manufactured. I'll be looking at Canon and other brands after this experience.
What more can someone say, they sell the equipment you need locally. Carlos in the video dept. is quick to answer my questions and give me value for my money. Everybody in their video dept and all dept is top notch.
Purchased a Mark iv here a couple days ago. I was greeted and help immediately. Nikon went above and beyond to match competitor prices and answered all my questions. I'm a customer for life.
this is a data center which promises repairs,fishes for all your personal information, and then tells you to come in ,,They cannot help you.. taking advantage of people is one thing,but stealing is another.
