They will not give you adequate help to keep your balance above 0 if you're a kid and you don't have too much money. It says I have money available..I spend it..then somehow I'm in the negative even tho I had enough in both the current and available slots. All the branches have shut down and I'm not surprised this has always been a terrible experience and they have constantly taken money from me, it's a ridiculous 30 charge basically the moment it goes under 0..I go to put money in it 15 minutes later and they have already charged me a bogus NSF fee. Literally on my way to close my account as I type this message.

I am done with this place once I pay my car loan off. Last December my check was lost and then all of a sudden turned up. I just mailed my payment off on December 8th and seems to be lost again just like last year. I would pay over the phone but it is a 13 dollar fee. I have made payments for the last 11 months with no issues. What is it about December? I just don't get it. Am I the only one having these issues?

Hmmmm... After reading the reviews I was afraid to go into this location to deposit cash in my credit union account that is a CoOp w Assoc Credit Union. When I arrived I was greeted upon walking in. Then I was greeted by the teller as I approached her. I gave her the name of my Credit union in where I was depositing my cash. The teller was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I would definitely use this location in future. My service was exceptional!
At first this credit union was good, not great but good I have been a member for over five years and had one loan through them for a motorcycle, I sold the bike after a year and paid the loan off, no problem then when I tried to get a personal loan filling out the application online this is were their online process go askew, evidently I wanted more then they allow but how am I to know this when the online application does not stipulate a limit, then my cosigner who is my grandfather who has over a 800 credit rating was denied since he does not live in the same house as me, this was ludicrous why would he live here, makes no sense and he had never heard this. Well all in all I am moving my account to another institution so are my father and step mother. I also plan to contact Clark Howard consumer hotline and tell them the horror it is to do any business with this credit union
