We have used them multiple times over the past year and their customer service is excellent.
They were misleading as we ordered a refrigerator door gasket for a specific make and model, NOT a custom fit for our refrigerator as that would have been a price per foot. It didn't fit our refrigerator and we were told we couldn't return it as they said they cut it custom for the door. Yet it states on their website we have 30 days to return it!
