Package was stuck at shipping center for a week without moving. My package finally went out for delivery and your worker delivered all of the other residents in my buildings packages, yet marked my package as undeliverable. There is a 24/7 concierge at my apartment complex that handles packages as well as automated package lockers that accept packages that require signatures. Your driver then failed to answer their phone (5 times) when someone at FedEx headquarters reached out to the driver to get details why he couldn’t deliver the package. They processed a case for him to return and deliver the package, but he has not returned. I will be continuing my case with headquarters until this is resolved.

The morning lady was very helpful and handle the procedures for a covid test for me. Got the results. We are good.

I paid 48. for my medicine to be delivered. Upon tracking my package it stated that the driver was here at 1:42pm and no one over 18!was here . I am sitting by the window waiting all day. I called and wAs told the driver will be by in 30 minutes. Called back it’s 3pm was told they have no way of communicating with the driver. Who was lying to me, the first rep or the 2nd? I paid 48. For medicine to be delivered!!!! I will never use fedex again!!! Loses service for such a payment. Terrible and I still don’t have my medicine.

You have thieves in your facility. You should be ashamed of yourselves. For the second time now. And you have no safeguards in order to make sure who’s who when dealing with their packages. No direct number. All managers are busy in the office and can take no calls. HORRIBLE! You’re not even worth 1 star.

The “new” driver couldn’t “find” a package that was to be delivered by 10am (paid extra for) so I had to go at almost 9pm way out of my way to pick it up as they said “oh it will be delivered by 9pm tomorrow”. Paid for an item for my husband mechanic business to have a job done but they couldn’t deliver. Bet it is the same driver who couldn’t deliver heads last week on time either. They cost a business money but sadly I can’t choose who the shipping company chooses to use but I will sure be asking from here on out because of their incompetence I loose money. Oh and your “new” driver had at least 8 months of training so she is anything but new. She shouldn’t work there any longer.
