It's not bad. People say they think it's quieter than the big competitor, but it was just as loud, which didn't bother me, it seems like many people are friends there and socialize, which is nice and didn't bother us. However, my wife and I like to go and we like going in the hot rooms together. At the other big competitor, we can go in all the hot sauna rooms together, basically everywhere except the wet area. Here at this one, even the hot salt sauna rooms are gender separated, so my wife and I had to be apart most of the time except for the common area where you lay your mats and nap. Also the restaurant was closed. We didn't know that ahead of time, so we didn't brink anything but a bottle of water. The accupressure foot rub was AMAZING so that is a huge plus and main reason I give 3 stars.

The food was good and the spa scrub was great. But the cashier told me that “YOU HAVE TO TIP, BECAUSE YOU AMERICAN “. I was confused and asked her to explain why was I obligated to tip. Then she became very rude with me and fussed me out in another language. The funny thing is, that I had all intentions of tipping until she told me that I HAD TO. The service is great, but I would fire the lady at the front desk. She pulled out an envelope that said 15% gratuity and told me that I HAD TO. I’m still in the parking lot confused about the whole situation. I can because I wanted to relax, and she STRESSED ME OUT, as I was leaving. WOW.
Small place but quiet. Few guys or none. Feel like the whole place was mine. Have all the basic things you would need. Tried a body scrub and it was nice. Everything was scrubbed and I meant everything. If you don't mind the nudity, it's a unique place to visit especially during colder season.
Was my first time here and it was GREAT!! Normally would go to Jeju. Never again! This place is clean, wayyy less crowded & everyone was so welcoming and hospitable. .
Was nice because no one was there... I would go back.
