I’ve been shopping here for the past 10 years and I always leave as a happy customer. Great people and great service every time! One stop shopping for home-improvement!!

Pretty much had everything I needed for moving (plus stuff I didn't know I needed ). Plenty of CoVid related cleaning/disinfection products as well as bathroom tissue, etc. Set up social distancing but as usual with this store there's a scarcity of employees and more than a few people without the \Required\ mask but none of the employees seemed to notice and/or care. Also I downloaded their app to scan stuff/price check but more than a few items were not on file. And finally the wait in line took forever but that's not uncommon at this location.

The onfloor staff have been neither helpful or friendly since Covid occurred. Employees used to ask customers if they need any help to find something. Those days are no more. I went in to buy a thermostat a few minutes ago and three employees were in a circle talking, rather than working. I did bother one of them, ruining the conversation by asking a question. This is why it's easier to just buy things on Amazon.

I tried to have an automobile key made there and the machine couldn't get it right after multiple attempts. I will end up going to True Value and have person with skill do that. I tried to find a toolbox cam lock and ended up getting it at Amazon. I think this is why the big box home improvement stores will just keep getting hammered by more focused business or stores with awesome software like Amazon
