Roto rooter sent an awesome technician to my house to do jetting service that was provided by Hristo K. on Oct 12 2016. Hristo was professional, and knowledgeable. I am glad I use Rotor Rooter because they had prior records of my service. They found the same issue as before; a sewer problem that should have been fixed in 2015 by the country and had fallen through the cracks. This technician and Roto Rooter save me time and money. I never felt as confident in a company service as I do these guys. My daughter thought I was nuts because jetting is not cheap. I am glad I did because the county really did not know about the backup that turned out to be very serious issue on my street. Therefore, Roto Rooter and Hristo saved me, the water company and the environment a lot of money and headaches. Thank you...I am proud to give you 5 out of 5! You Rock!

I had a very simple water leak. the water company came, turned off the water, dug a hole around the water line/meter and diagnosed the problem for me first thing this morning (7:30am). They told me that a cap had come off an old irrigation pipe that's no longer in service and I just needed a plumber to come cap the pipe. I called Roto-Rooter who said they could be here within the hour (by 9am) so I booked the appointment. It's now 1:27pm and they just showed up. The guy looked at the pipe, agreed with the assessment and said it would be 486 to cap the pipe. So to summarize, I told them what the problem was, showed him exactly where it was, already had the hole dug, and he just needed to spend 15 minutes or less capping a pipe for 486!!! I said there was no way so he offered to take 150 off making it 336 for 15 minutes of work. NO THANK YOU ROTO-RIPOFF!!!
