I really struggle with this review! After having read the previous reviews I was prepared for the owner to be quirky - didn't disappoint. The park is quaint and cute with trees and nice sized sites- but that's about the end of the positives. Expect 30 psi water pressure which is obismal - of course when we asked Mark about it he argued and made it about our regulator and filter- those things didn't and don't change the pressure from the spicket!! Finally- the road noise from I35 is just crazy loud! Makes it impossible to sit outside for very long. An overnight would be fine but do not make this a longer term stay. It is high priced for what you get!

Except for the I-35 freeway noise, this park has everything we enjoy. Spacious, level concrete sites. Nice laundry. Beautiful trees/grounds.
This place is truly a hidden gem. We didn’t originally book this campground for our Waco stay but ended up switching to this campground. Couldn’t be happier. Super friendly owners & very accommodating. The laundry facility was great. They even have two commercial washers and one dryer which is great for our large linens while being on the road a while. The road traffic is a major concern for some, but our rig blocked out the noise. Plus we sleep with a fan so it wasn’t a issue. Great Verizon service so we could use our hotspot for tv & work. Highly recommended!
Excellent. The lots were perfectly maintained with well-spaced leveled concrete, more expensive picnic tables and wood shade. We could see how passionately the owner was maintaining. Even the owner's office was impressively decorated and my kids loved visiting there. Probably, one of the most well-maintained RV parks we've ever been in 6yrs of traveling.
RUDE OWNER! We booked another campground and weren’t thrilled with the condition upon arrival. I started looking up other campgrounds and came across this one with raving reviews, especially for the owner. I called and left a voicemail with my information so they could get back to me. The owner called me from a different number as I was leaving a voicemail. I briefly explained to him we were already in town and just looking for another campground with availability Tuesday-Monday. He yelled at me and said he had a hydraulic leak and didn’t have time for anything else before hanging up on me. He called me back to yell at me and hang up on me after I said I saw such great reviews of his place. Highly disappointing. If you don’t have time, then don’t call me back to yell at me. Respond to the voicemail I left when you do have time...
This campground is awesome! We were able to get a spot quickly just driving through. The biggest plus is the owner “Mark” who is so friendly & helpful and he does everything with a smile. Campground is very clean and the cement pull thru sites are huge! Definitely going to stop in again! Also, this campground is very close to the Magnolia Silo Marketplace which is why we stopped!!
North Crest is the place to go. I extensively searched for the best RV park I could find in the Waco area that was close to school and I’m more than happy with my decision. After looking around during my stay, this is a QUALITY park that kept my peace of mind and safety is a big concern for me. The nature of the community is nice and the owner hand picks his customers the best he can to the benefit of the existing occupants which is a GREAT aspect because I don’t have to worry about belongings disappearing or noisy neighbors. A big plus is that the Park is right off the highway, service road, and across a pretty nice gas station for easy traveling. It may look far from the city on the map but it’s actually only 10 min from downtown, groceries, and the Brazos river.
Rushing back from Rockport to Tulsa I found this jewel, and one of the nicest parks I've stayed in, located just off of Bus 77 and I-35. Beautiful trees, concrete pads and a well maintained RV park. With a small camper I normally like to use park showers and this one was clean. Plan to make my next stop a longer stay and enjoy the area of Waco with all it great attractions. Thanks RV PARK MARK
