We purchased flooring for our home remodel and addition from ReFloors in North Hollywood. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We searched many other flooring locations, but never were satisfied with either the product offered and/or the customer service. We were then referred to ReFloors from our contractor. Upon arrival at ReFloors in North Hollywood, we were immediately greeted by Mike. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike listened to our needs and design requests. He came up with great ideas and showed us nothing but different types of quality flooring. ReFloors has a large selection and many items are in stock. If not, Mike will make sure your flooring will arrive in a timely manner and he'll always communicate with you. Prices are fair and reasonable. If we had to do this all over again, we'll definitely choose ReFloors in North Hollywood first.

Jay at Refloors deserves an award! He worked with my mother and father on selecting the new hard flooring throughout their home. He worked tirelessly to get the shade to properly coordinate with the existing kitchen backsplash and helped us make the decision to paint the stairway banister a bright white to add some needed contrast and a welcome focal point to the entryway. All of his recommendations were spot on--he clearly has taste and experience behind him, but what really made the difference for me was his personality and customer service. I only worked with him directly once (and I was late, which he was very forgiving of!), but I found him to be honest, pleasant, and eager to help. He listened VERY PATIENTLY while we flip-flopped through all the options 50 times, and in the end provided great recommendations that we are very happy with. I think after seeing several samples, we actually went with his very first recommendation. The installation is almost done now, and it's really looking great. You (or your parents!) will be in good hands with Jay at Refloors. Thanks Jay!
This place was spectacular. Mike was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. They have a large variety of flooring options and work with their customers to provide a better shopping experience. I loved my experience with this store, it was quick and it was easy.
