This place has great customer service. The staff are young adults and carry themselves so professional you would think they have old souls. I went to another mail center down the street not knowing about this place until I googled it. I couldn't take the customer service over there so much I was willing to go across town to my old place where I use live 36mins away.

Double billed me then told me to call customer service to fix it...and when I called to notify them the over billed me he tried to talk me out of it ..if I were foreign to this country I might have brought his narrative..I believe they intentionally tried to rob me .. never apologized just tried to convince I was wrong.ended up providing my points with my receipts to 800 customer service.. and even she tried to convince I was wrong...RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS DON”T LIE!!! We can COUNT!!!!!!I recommend if ur a minority to avoid this place like the PLAGUE ..

Don't send here through DHL, it was a rip off. I sent a Package Overseas to the same address and they Charged me 28 more! Ridiculous!!!! I will never come back to this location ever! If you are sending through DHL, use the other location in Charleston! Trust me on this! You can even call to compare their stupid fee!

Customer service isn't great. Just the demeanor of the kid is lazy, slow and annoying. Would not recommend, it was just the most convenient FedEx drop site around.
