This car dealership is fraud I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord. After the purchased I would go and take it every three months for it to be maintenance. Every time I would take it there they would claim nothing is wrong with the car. After about having it for six months it started to act up. I took it there to see what was wrong and they couldn’t figure it out. They told me I had to go Honda dealership in Little Rock. After going there I had 2,000 worth of stuff to get finished to car because Crain couldn’t even Diagnose the problem with car every time I took it for a maintenance check up. Instead of them telling me that so I could take it Honda in time before the hefty expense. Then after I finally figured out what was wrong with the car they didn’t get it approved for me to get it fixed. So I was left without a car for months because of them and they crooked ways. They are anted the expense to add up so they could get more money off of me. Please do not shop here if you can but I’m just telling my side of the story.

I bought a 2020 Palisade and I LOVE it. I had visited another dealership and I had a bad experience because they tried to put me in a vehicle that I did not want. As a result, I was leery about going to another one. I called Crain Hyundai in NLR and talked to Adam. He assured me that I could look at whatever vehicle I wanted to and there would not be any pressure. He was right. Jamar was my salesman and answered every question in a patient manner. Adam worked to get my payment where I needed it to be and my extra needs in a car met. I have bought many cars and I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience. Jamar and Adam are exceptional!!!

Talked to a young man over the phone about a Toyota Camry that was at another site. Was told to come on to this site and they would have the car there. Once I got there the car was not there and the young man said he would have it on the way asap. After 2 hours of waiting, writing down my information, and having to look at other random vehicles that he would pull up for me, I finally asked where the Camry was once again. He replied \Oh I can get it heading this way in just a minute.\ I asked what happened to the 3 hours ago on the telephone and the 2 hours ago when I first got here?? What a waste of time... I drove right on down to the Crain dealership at Colonel Glenn and bought the car that day...
