They give us a hard time when picking up the order, implying we were thieves. When we looked at the order, it was completely wrong. I called and spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and implied that door dash had gotten it wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that I could place another order or bring back my order ticket to get it fixed. This was after being unprofessional to a paying customer. Their service has steadily declined in the past year. If you want to go to Chicken Kitchen, DON’T GO TO THIS ONE.

Asked and paid for a LARGE bazooka with extra chicken, and got SMALL serving and was charged 2.50 for less than half a cup of “extra” chicken. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this store. Go to the one in 41st. They are the best.
Lovely people, they were nice and accomidating to me even though the error was on my part. The food was fresh and my stomach thanked me.
They're disgusting and unsanitary, they're rude and I think it's discrimination. I've always loved chicken kitchen but I hope they fix this location. They're filthy, they use dirty rags to wipe the grill, they purposely don't always use gloves and will let your food fall on the filthy grill then put it in your place. That's a dirty staff.

I went to chicken kitchen in North Miami, in the Keystone plaza location, which I always come to this location when I am ordering from this franchise. I went to use the email for 25% off my next meal order and the guy at the register told me "That I needed to show a receipt to use the emailed promotion" which I showed him that the email doesn't request for that. He then moved on to say that because he's never seen me there before therefore I couldn't use the promotion. If I'm to wear a mask, how would he know what I look like with half my face occluded. Please understand, I've never had to deal with this kind of customer service from this location, or from any food place. Apparently he felt the need to try to play me with the promotion as after I paid for my order, which was without the promotion, he did not make it a point to give me my receipt. He played like it didn't print when he took it and put it by the register. I had to ask for that. Please fix this situation. Thanks in advance!
I just was told 10 min ago that they were closed and they were people still eating and wanted to order to go they told me they closed at 9:30 but it was 9:20pm. So please change your times online. Thanks.
