Ben and Camille were amazing! Rented a pontoon 9/5 and 9/6 did the 2 hr Dolphin tour with Camille. They went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. Customer service was great and the equipment was really nice! We look forward to coming back.

We rented 4 wave runners for my birthday while in Myrtle Beach. When we called to make the reservation the staff told us that there were 10 miles of intra-coastal waterway that we could ride up and down. When we arrived and were given instructions on where we could go we were told that we could only go to the bridge and that it was 2 miles from the launch - it was really only 1 mile. The 10 miles was false advertising. We had a 1 hour rental and as we were nearing the 45 minute mark the guide (who sits on a wave runner and watches you the whole time) told us that we had to return to the dock. I told him that we had only used 45 minutes of our full hour and he said it would take 15 minutes to get back to the dock and unlock. That was ridiculous because nobody was waiting and we could see the dock less than a few hundred feet away. It took 5 minutes to get back to the dock and we lost a solid 10 minutes of our rental time. The wave runners were in excellent condition and speed was not limited, which was great. However, at almost 500 in rental fees we expected more and left disappointed.
5 stars all the way. This was fun to rent a jet ski. Rode out into the ocean searching for dolphins which we did see. I love opening up gas. The guide was amazing...I would do this again. Thank you Action Water Sportz
I wish I had the name of the gentleman who took care of us. He was certainly the senior person on staff. He welcomed us and realized with my husband in a wheelchair that we would need extra attention. He got the wheelchair down a very steep incline, got my husband secured on the boat and at the end of the trip pushed him back up that steep ramp. He got him a beer while I went and got the car and gave me his key so I could access the gated area and move my car close to the dock so my husband would not have to navigate the stairs Back to the car. He is ambulatory but walks with difficulty. If you are wheel chair bound, call ahead. They can find a way to get you to the dock but the normal pathway around the restaurant is not ADA accessible. This gentleman who took care of us had extraordinary customer service and made the entire experience that much better. We took a pontoon boat and just enjoyed feeling the air on our faces. Gentle ride but certainly pleasant. We only had a small family of three but the party boat would’ve handled 11 people. In days past, we could’ve had a big party. We were at the barefoot location and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
The staff here were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. We rented 3 jet ski's for one hour. They have about a one mile stretch where you go back and forth on the intercoastal waterway. They had a ranger that was out on the water with us incase there were any issues. Gideon at the office was very helpful on the phone and in person when we arrived filling out paperwork. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is I wish you could have gone a bit further. Driving back and forth for the hour is fun but the amount of money it cost they should extend the distance you can travel on the water.
