We just checked in today and we're already having issues, been trying to contact the front desk since 5pm right after we checked in and NO ANSWER. Saw a worker here and he said that we have to contact the agency because he's only the maintenance guy and they only take care of outside stuff. We came into to the room and it had toilet paper, no towels, it had NOTHING, and they said everything was furnished and we didnt have to worried about anything which is a lie. Terrible customer service and it just only started, the TVs don't work. Been on hold for 30mins and the stupid automatic voice message keep saying pree 1 to leave a message and I pressed it 20 times and still did not take me to a voicemail where I can leave a voicemail and it just keeps repeating itself and saying thank you for holding, then tell me again that if I dont want to wait press 1 to leave a message and again cannot leave a voicemail. All the contacts that was given to us to contact was NO HELP because they all keep transferring us to the front desk which NO ANSWER, but a stupid voicemail. Second we can't access the pool and there's no where on the map for us to go to a pool. It's a damn shame you people take our money then leaving us hanging. Will NEVER return back here and would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give a negative-1000 stars I would.

4 stars to the guys on the dock . Negative 10 stars for big guy up on the hill where you pay . Piss poor attitude to start with and thought we were gonna be charged after our 1.5 hr ride because of a hole in the bottom where fiberglass work has been done numerous times. Not my first ride pal ! I was skeptical when we first got on the jet ski's due to a crack by the handle bar and even asked should I take pictures . That's exactly what I should've done . Poor customer service & I wouldn't use this place to rent anything again. Remember some tourist have the same skills and knowledge if not more / before you try to pull a slick one on your paycheck/ income !

Guy who runs dock rentals wears Phillies sweatpants and is rude as can be. His crew is very good though. Dock boss was very negative throughout negotiations to me and my family. I heard it was his first year there. Try not to visit unless he is gone. Very unprofessional look and service by him. Tried to charge us for full hour when we only wanted half hour after his negativity towards us.
We had to wait for almost two hours beyond the reserved time, to get the boat. The guy was so dishonest about the reason for the delay. The previous renters actually rented the boat for a full day. We liked the boat and the ride after terrible wait, and hence gave two stars. If you don't care about your schedule and can live with poor customer service, you can rent with these guys..
This is a great place to rent a boat and have a some fun!
